Skate thrash straight edge HC. I OBJECT I OBJECT! began in January 2003. It all started out with Shawn on drums and Dan on guitar. Everything moved quickly and we recorded a demo; some can be found on our "First Two Years" CD, the rest ended up being rerecorded and put on the first I OBJECT 7". We played about four shows with that lineup and wrote about 10 song together. There was a strong musical conflict between the four of us. Barb and I just wanted to have a hardcore punk band with some ideals behind it. We asked dan to leave the band so Biff came on as the new guitarist. Kurt joined as second vocals and glenn filled in on drums for a handful of shows. Steve ended up as the permanent drummer when we met him through mutual friends and we all really clicked. Kurt left soon after our first winter tour to do a band called Skate Korpse. The current and permanent lineup is Barb/Steve/Biff/Ryan.
